This model is similar with  Booking.com and  requires  updated availability calendar and  prices .  You can update these by logging in to your account at Paphosunvillas.com or sync with other booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Tripadvisor etc by using the iCal URL.

The customer can make the booking online. The owner gets  all the necessary information about the booking like name, check in/out, email, tel and Credit Card Information .

The owner then can use the customer’s credit card to debit the deposit required for the booking. All the payments and communication is between the customer and the villa owner. In case the customer selects to pay the deposit by Bank Transfer then he gets the owner’s Bank Details (IBAN & Bank Code) in order to proceed with the payment.  


Booking on request

This does not require updated availability calendar. The customer make a request for availability . We (Paphosunvillas.com) contact the owner to confirm availability and price. All the communication is between us and the customer. In case that the customer wants to book we forward the contact details to the villa owner to arrange the  booking deposit payment.

 

In both cases we get a 15% commission on the advertised booking total price. We issue an invoice at the end of the current month regarding all bookings for all villas made with paphosunvillas.com and their commission. The invoice must be paid in no more than 3 business days.
