Booking on request

The customer make a request for availability . We (Paphosunvillas.com) contact the owner to confirm availability and price. All the communication is between us and the customer. In case that the customer wants to book we forward the contact details to the villa owner to arrange the  booking deposit payment.

 Our Commission

Our commision is 15% commission on the advertised booking total price. We issue an invoice at the end of the current month regarding all bookings for all villas made with paphosunvillas.com and their commission. The invoice must be paid in no more than 3 business days.

Booking Terms / Conditions / Policies / Cancellations

• These are set by the owner and can be individual for each villa / property.
• We have the right Not to Accept your listing if we believe that these policies are too strict or deterrent for future bookings.
• Cancellations are settled between the owner and the customer / customers

• All payments are settled between the owner and the customer / customers
