• Please inform Mediterranean Blue Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Pricing Terms

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

• The reservation can be canceled 8 weeks before the start of the holidays.
• 8 weeks before the start of the holidays, 25% of the booking amount must be paid by bank transfer.
• 4 weeks before the start of the holiday you will have to pay the remaining amount of the booking by bank transfer.
  (No amount will be refunded after 8 weeks in case of cancellation by the customer).

Driving Directions

From Paphos Airport:

Drive out of Paphos Airport following the "exit" signs until you reach a ´T´ junction (4.5 km) turn left towards Paphos.

After about a 2 km turn right and drive North following the signs for the motorway (A6), then after about 1.3 km turn left to join the new motorway (A6) to Paphos.

At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout (about 10 mins up to this point).

At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis. As shown on the maps this a fairly direct route. You will pass through (or by) the villages of Mesogi,Tsada and Stroumbi, Yiolou Skoulli in sequence. You will arrive at Polis in 30 min (from the end of the motorway).

As you enter Polis you will see signs directing you right towards Argaka, Pomos, Pyrgos. Go straight on following the signs for Latchi. In about 160 m turn sharply left following the signs to Latchi.

In about 3.6 km you will reach Latchi Harbour.

Drive through Latchi on the coast road, follow the road as it turns left away from the coast, in about 1.8 km from Latchi Harbour you will come to a fork in the road, the right-hand fork is signposted "Baths of Aphrodite".

Take the left-hand fork (signposted Neo Chorio) up a winding road into the hills for about 2.3 km to reach the village of Neo Khorio. Once you see the first few houses, take the 2nd turn to the left (note the sign “Communal Buildings”). You will see

Tavros Hotel Apts on your immediate left. Continuing on for about 200m, you will see the Neo Chorio Community Center (ΚΟΙΝΟΤΙΚΟ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΙΟ ΝΕΟΥ ΧΩΡΙΟΥ) across from you. Turn left from there and keep going After about 360 m, you will see villa Mediterranean Blue, set back on your left.

From Larnaca Airport:

Larnaca airport is 2-2.5 hours drive away from the villa.

Basically from Larnaca airport you follow the signs for the motorway to Lemesos and Pafos.

Once on the motorway you don´t get off until you reach the large roundabout at the end, in Paphos and then you follow the directions as above.

Terms and conditions

If we cancel your holiday 
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a accommodation of a similar or higher standard, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances: 

If the client or one of the persons within the group or family consciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case the remaining rental price will not be refunded.  If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline. 

Force Majeure
This means that we will not pay you any compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of war, terrorism, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather  conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to Force Majeure.

• IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT OUR REPRESENTATIVE ON OUR PUBLISHED SERVICE HOTLINE WHILST IN THE PREMISES, THIS MAY EFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT. 

Building works
Building works and the resulting noise from the site can take place at any time during the year on an adjoining or nearby property and land. If this work is affecting your holiday please report this to our representative immediately. Obviously this is beyond the control of our agents, or ourselves, but we will make an effort to have the work stopped if possible. Unfortunately we do not receive advance notice of when building works will begin as they are carried out by third parties over which we have no control. Whilst we can assure you we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience or interruption to your holiday, we regret that this is a ´Force Majeure´ and we do not accept any liability or will pay any compensation. 

Your holiday villa 
The holiday villa can only be used by the number of persons mentioned within the booking confirmation. If more than the number of mentioned persons uses the holiday villa, PaphoSunVillas is entitled to immediately cancel the contract without further obligation to PaphoSunVillas. The client is not entitled to a refund of the rental price. All guests are required to vacate their property by 11.00 hours on day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing prior to incoming guests arrival. You may occupy your property from 16.00 hours. Bringing along your pet is not allowed without permission. 

Property description
The descriptions and information on the website are personally written by a member of staff who has visited the property, and are made in good faith. It is possible that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. In this event we will endeavor to inform you of any changes, once known, but cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies which are beyond our control. All the distances are estimated approximately. Water and electricity interruptions of supply may occur. We cannot be held responsible for these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control.
The owners reserve the right to visit their property at any time to undertake essential repairs, maintenance, pool cleaning and gardening. 

Liability 
The use of all facilities in your villa is at your own risk, no compensation can be claimed.
