Meltemi Villas is a newly build (2009) complex of eight beautifully designed and furnished villas located in a premium location at Chloraka village, 300m by the sea. Their location offers stunning views of the sea, starting from the Kato Paphos Lighthouse up to Coral Bay.
All villas are fully detached with their own private swimming pool. They are fully designed, furnished and equipped with only one purpose in mind: to offer to our guests the comfort, relaxation and enjoyment that they demand during their holidays.
The design of the villas is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the Greek islands and they have been tastefully decorated in a mixture of French seaside / Greek Islands theme with white and blue or green furniture with crisp cotton bedding and comfortable sofas and white washed furniture.

Each villa offers 3 bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and private en‐suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is decorated in the traditional Greek style with either green or blue wooden cupboards. The villas are well equipped for self‐catering with quality appliances.
The villas offer easy access to amenities and their location allows for easy access to the local places of interest. It’s only a 5 minutes’ walk to the main Coral Bay to Paphos Road where a regular bus service operates every 10 minutes into Paphos Town/Harbour or Coral Bay beach resort. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance from the villa. Within 300m there’s a tiny picturesque fishing harbour and the start of a beautiful footpath, which follows the coastline for 3.5km. It is ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll.

In the area, within easy walking distance, you can find selection of restaurants, bars and shops. A bus stop offering easy access to Coral Bay and Kato Paphos is just a 5 minute walk away.
300m from the villas there´s a tiny picturesque fishing harbour. You can take a swim at the beach a further 50m down the coast. Also you can find a beautiful footpath, which follows the coastline for several kilometres; it is ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll and offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
Nearby you can visit the postcard‐perfect St George chapel and marvel at its architecture and frescoes.
2.7km in the other direction you can find the world famous Tombs of the Kings, and if you continue for another couple of kilometres, you will find yourselves in the small harbour and castle of Kato Paphos, right next to the famous Roman Mosaics and other antiquities; which are listed as an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, forming a large open air museum.

Each villa offers 3 bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The two single beds can be joined into one Large Double Bed on request before arrival. On request a baby cot can be supplied.
The first floor bedrooms share a balcony which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. The balcony is equipped with quality white rattan furniture (table and four chairs).
Bathroom
There are 3 en suite bathrooms and a cloak room. The bathrooms are equipped with high quality Italian and German fixtures and fittings. They are beautifully decorated with mosaic tiles and quality Italian tiles.
Kitchen
The kitchen is decorated in the traditional Greek style with either green or blue wooden cupboards. The villas are well equipped for self-catering with quality appliances. The kitchen table extends to seat 6.

Payment & Pricing Terms
Payment terms
- Payment of €200 per week of stay is due upon booking.
- Balance is payable upon arrival.
- Damage Deposit Not required.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable cancellation policy is as follows: -
- The advance payment is non-refundable
- Cancellation until 10 weeks prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 4 weeks to 10 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of all amounts received (excluding the non-refundable advance payment) will be refunded
- Cancellation between 1 day to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 20% of all amounts received (excluding the non-refundable advance payment) will be refunded
- No show: No refund

A reservation is valid and confirmed once the payment is done by the Visitor and is accepted by the owner. A confirmation email will always be send to the Visitor.
No parties or events are allowed at the villas without the prior consent of the owner.
The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not respected or evict the guests from the villa if the number of persons occupying the property exceeds the stated maximum amount at anytime.

Prior to your arrival you will be given details of the person waiting for you at the property or details on key collection and who your contact person will be during your stay.
Liability and Insurance:
Our agency does not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.
