What is holiday rental accommodation?
Much like a ‘home from home’, holiday rentals usually come in the form of villas, These are designed to be rented on a short-term basis especially for holidays or business trips. Every establishment is equipped with all you need for your stay, from beds to towels, kitchen equipment and televisions.

How does holiday accommodation differ to hotels?
Holiday villas are rented on a self-catered basis, comprising a free-standing house that is fully furnished and equipped. If you are seeking privacy, space and a home-like environment, this option is ideal.

Hotels on the other hand are rented on a per room basis. This means that you may have shared facilities such as swimming pools and relaxation areas, with set meal times and room service. The main difference besides the self-catering aspect is that hotel rooms are less private and flexible.

Aren’t villas more expensive than hotels?
Hotels rates are per room, where villa’s rates are for the entire villa. Villa rentals offer more privacy, more comfort, and more freedom than hotel rooms. Your villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making a vacation rental an economical choice. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa, you'll quickly realize that villas offer superb value.
