Villa Anemona is a the perfect family holiday villa for your vacations in Cyprus. This family villa comes very highly recommended and so early bookings with this villa are strongly advisable. This luxury villa is situated at the entrance of Lithos Village. It offers privacy for your holidays being surrounded with beautiful gardens. The views from the rear of this holiday villa are stunning. This is where the pool and terraces are situated enjoying the nice view to the sea in the distance.
Superb woodwork is what you will notice in the inside of the spacious hall. You will be impressed by the tiling and attention to detail in this holiday villa. To the left of this villa there is a well furnished lounge with leather suites. This features a stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a Sony Play station 2. On the right of the entrance you can find the three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a twinwith a shower and an en-suite bathroom. The second is a double with the most attractive en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom suite with stunning views of the surrounding area. The en-suite bathroom is nicely fitted with a large bath with shower and a WC. On this level you have also access to the roof terrace with views towards Coral Bay sea area.
The pool is located on the rear of this luxury villa together with a brick built barbecue. To the opposite end of the pool in a located the Jacuzzi hot tub, a perfect place for relaxing and watching the glorious sunsets.

Pricing & Booking Terms
A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest.
The remaining amount is payable at least 40 days before arrival.
Please Note: For bookings made within 40 days the booking start date, payment in full is required
Cancellation policy : Strict free cancelation with in 48 hour only
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email and will take effect on the day we receive it. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occr. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.

-A reservation is valid and confirmed once the payment is done by the Visitor and is accepted by the owner. A confirmation email will always be send to the Visitor.
- All holiday villas have a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights.
- No parties or events are allowed at the villas without the prior consent of the owner.
- The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not respected or evict the guests from the villa if the number of persons occupying the property exceeds the stated maximum amount at anytime.

Failure to vacate all or part of the property by the requested time may result in further charges.
Prior to your arrival you will be given details of the person waiting for you at the property or details on key collection and who your contact person will be during your stay.
Liability and Insurance: Our agency does not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.
Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Some Suppliers require that you do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.
